We use Mission 160 for our live fire range located in Whitewright:

Basic Pistol Courses will require 100 rounds of ammo. Intermediate and Concealment Shooting will require a minimum of 200 rounds of ammo. Bring plenty of water, sunscreen, eye protection like sunglasses, and hearing protection if you have it. We have a limited amount of eye and ear protection for those that do not have any. If you have your own gear like holsters, bags, magazine holders, etc., please feel free to bring them with you.

Since this is an outdoor range that we use, we do not offer any firearms to rent. All customers are required to bring their own firearm to their desired course. If you have any questions regarding ammunition types or which firearms you should purchase, we can gladly give you some advice. Most indoor ranges have different firearms available for rent that you can use/test, so we recommend you start there.

We leave this up to you, the parent, on whether or not you believe your child is willing and able to follow directions on a live fire range. We reserve the right to refuse to train anyone we deem unfit or unwilling to follow directions, at which point we will fully refund you.

We do not at the moment but will possibly in the future should there be more interest.

No because the range we use, Mission 160, is not our own, so their rules. The stipulations at the range state no rifle calibers allowed. However, pistol carbines are allowed.
